Fraud Never received my product and can’t get a response. I’ve emailed and called multiple times over the last 7 weeks and no one responds. I’m now trying to figure out how to get my $2760 back - don’t make the same mistake I did. Go to a well known company with customer service standards and pay the extra money.
Never sent order no answer on email or phone My daughter placed an order in April it has never been received and now there is no response to emails or Calls company seems to have gone and literally stolen her money. Fraud
Terrible fraud The website, social pages and customer service number are all down. Cannot connect them at all. I still have not received my invoice and my package or can't ask for refund at all. They seem to have closed the business.
In liquidation Was approved a refund a month ago due to treatment not being suitable. Received a letter stating the company is now in liquidation! Beware. Do not buy from this company. Complete waste of time. Fraudulent

Would not recommend At first i was excited it was cool seeing the 3D imaging But after making a part payment i was told some one will be in contact within 2weeks, a month went by tried emailing calling no answer only to find out from Google their place of business was permanently closed and that i will be refunded. Would not recommend at all.

Do not recommend Wondersmile aligners caused a gap in my front two teeth. I would call and email regarding this issue and I was told it’s “normal” after countless scans, the gap created by the wondersmile team was finally gone! However they still didn’t fix the very slight misalignment I had originally - the reason I sought them out to begin with. Very disappointing

Do not recommend Absolutely do not recommend. The result is not even halfway as promised and payed for. Throughout the treatment I have been told to wear aligners for more weeks than initially told and promised becaue “everyone is different” That prolonged the treatment from 10months to over 2 years and outcome is nowhere close to what was promised and showed on simulation video. No one takes responsibility and cares about customers once you’ve paid.

The worst. They've gone out of business and ripped off all their customers. No communication. No attempts to provide any service to their customers. The new company taking them over are just as bad as they have been..
