Have never been more disgusted in a companies behavior. Took all my savings and took my time, lied to my face about being a reputable company and then closed down permanently. SCAM? I received the treatment plan and I am not happy with the results in the upper arch, so I asked if it was possible to do it only in the lower arch and I have not received any answer. I have called and communication is not possible, the webpage is not working. IS THIS A SCAM? They asked me an advance payment to get a special discount.
No reply to emails no call back paid in full Had 3d Scan done paid for full treatment up front 4 emails sent google search saying all sydney offices are permanently closed including one I went to 5weeks ago . No reply cant get through . Still waiting for refund . Be very careful would be my advice .
Seems scam The website is down from last few weeks, don't know to whom to contact. My daughter is under treatment but not able to update any photos in their website. How come they can cheat under daylight? Why the government is not taking any action? Its not about only the money,the time which we invested on our daughters treatment.
Going into administration Unfortunately, I had the same issues as some other people and wanted some answers. I had already paid my deposit so I sent an email to this email address: customers@wondersmile.com They replied saying "We are currently updating our business operations so we can come back with better quality products and customer service. Never got the aligners I made a full payment of $2300 on the 27/04 and never received the aligners. Not sure if it was a scammed but I haven’t received any response from them
Started off great. But now I am unable to contact anyone Started off great. Went for my initial consultation, paid two deposits. But now I am trying to set up a payment plan and I am unable to contact anyone regarding my service. You call their 1300 and no one is monitoring progress. I have not received any follow-up and it's been a month. Am really concerned I have completely wasted my money. I am hoping I will get a reply.
Don’t do Buyer beware this company has gone into Administration. Get a chargeback from your bank while you can. I’m at the end of my treatment but I was due to get my retainers. Don’t give them any money!
