Ongoing bad experience Wondersmile was a pleasure to deal with UNTIL they got my money. My initial consultation went really well. The consultant was very friendly and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and all were answered. My free tooth whitening kit was unfortunately lost in the post. I sent the company an email and another was dispatched, which I received. Horrible customer service Horrible communication and experience with this company. Wasted 3 months of waiting for nothing, only to get a refund. Appointment was informative and helpful. Didnt receive the free teeth whitener that was advertised.
Terrible customer service. I was very disappointed in WonderSmiles customer service. The initial consult was lovely, the lady Vanessa who took my scans at Parramatta NSW was very lovely, bubbly, informative and helpful. It was a really positive experience! Don't believe the photos! Wondersmile does not use real customers for their promotional photos. They use payed models that have never even used Wondersmile. My teeth may look a little straighter but my bite does not line up and I can not eat or chew properly anymore. I should have gone to someone who knew what they were doing!
