big scam!!! Don't go with Wondersmile....their aligners damaged my daughter's teeth after 4 months of wearing them. Her teeth went lopsided and no customer service was provided to fix the problem. I was just told to go to my local dentist to achieve the desired smile!!! I asked for a full refund which I did not get as they went bankrupt...
If I could give Wondersmile 0 stars I would The company went into administration in May 2023, hid this fact, and were still taking payments (from children, i.e. my daughter) for products they obviously never intended to supply. The directors should be in jail.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY This company is a scam, it’s vile and after they take your money, they stop responding to your emails. There is no contact number and my teeth have shifted back since I can’t order any retainers. Pathetic company please I advise you try any other Invisalign option.

Order placed in May, 4 months later still waiting I’ve placed an order for the necessary retainers in May, 4 months later and the order still hasnt progressed from “ordered”. No one picks up their phone and they responded twice in 4 months via email just saying “we are aware and will be in contact soon”. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and still waiting. Started out great, finish terribly The initial process was really good. Easy and seamless to receive the treatment plan. Towards the end of the treatment the company changed administration and disregarded any previous deals on retainers. Instead, the price increased a lot and their communication became very poor. Long waits and no desire to meet customers expectations.
4-month wait for aligners I ordered my aligners in May, but I still haven't received them. They don't have a contact number, so I've emailed and chased but rarely get a response. The initial consultation was good, I was quoted for both top and bottom teeth, for which the top had no difference in movement in the progression video I received. So I opted for just the bottom.
