HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I have started my treatment 3.5 months ago, with a prescribed treatment of 3.5 months for my lower teeth and 4.5 for my upper teeth. Guess what? Nothing moved!!! On top of that, all the clinics in Sydney are closing down leaving me at the end of my treatment with my teeth not aligned at all, and no one to talk to as their s**t customer service answers my emails when they feel like it. Not really worth it.. I used WonderSmile from start to finish about a year ago. It worked ok, I had pretty crooked teeth and just hoped it would straighten them enough that I would have more confidence without spending too much. They definitely moved around however the treatment plan simply caused my teeth to move around and add in gaps that previously weren’t there and none of my teeth were remotely straight at the end (granted, slightly better than I had gone in with). Existing Customer - No support to order retainer My son recently completed his treatment and has to wear a retainer, but Wondersmile is not getting back to us despite the message on their website asking existing customers to email them and expect a response within 24 hours. I cannot get hold of them at all, and my sons teeth are starting to move back to where it was now because he doesn’t have a retainer. Have gone into receivership I have ben trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks now via various means. I received an off email today - poor English and not well written asking me for my details to look me up in the system. I have two stages to go - and I need my retainers for maintenance, I assume I will not be getting those! I have have 4 sets of aligners break and crack and at stage 9 of my 11 stage treatment - my teeth are not straight. I am thoroughly disappointed.
No response I paid my treatment plan on February and never got my aligners, so I’ve decided to get my refund. However, it seems that they keep holding my money for no reason. I’ve emailed them, called them but it went to voicemail multiple times. [Name Removed] is the one who’s in charge for my case.
Multiple issues with wondersmile Everything was great until I ordered my retainers. When they arrived, they were the wrong stages. This happened twice.. then I got a call from them telling me I didn’t have 17 stages, only 16 top and 14 bottom. I had to send them photos of all 17 stages. The company went into liquidation It is unbelieve a company with such great products could go bankrupt. I used its products and happy with the result. The problem for me is how to get the maintenance brace.
I am completely dissatisfied I am in New Zealand and can't make contact with your NZ branch. They are not taking my calls my emails have been rejected and I cant make any headway. The last message received was to state getting a refund as the service was not supplied and to get a charge back. The banks do not do this and never heard of such a request as all they need do is credit the funds back to the account number it came from. I sent this information but still no reply.
