Dominic was fantastic. My old heater was given the best service it ever had. I have used Darebin Gas for many years and find the staff to be very helpful at all times.

I recently had a small gas leak in a Rinnai heater in my lounge room. I rang Darebin Trade Services and, despite informing them that I had turned the gas off at the main tap and opened various windows and doors to clear the area, they still prioritised the job due to the potential health and safety issues such circumstances present. Darebin Trade Services were recommended to us by another plumber as he was too busy to help us at the time, we had to wait a week which I understand as this is the worst time of the year to get gas heaters services but in our case a faulty part, David the repair person explained what the problem was and replace the part and serviced our unit, very profession service and after paying the receipt was emailed to us within the hour. Heater service: The Technician arrived in the time-frame designated, when I booked the service. A phone message was sent to me when he was on his way to my home. He was courteous & professional. The service was thorough & efficient. Eftpos was available for payment on completion of the service. Happy customer.
