Evaporative cooler serviced - happy again Hot weather and my evaporative cooler was due for service so I called Darebin first, based on a good previous experience. Got an appointment for just a couple of days later with a sensible price prediction. A very hot day, but sure enough a technician came and did a thorough job, despite roof being almost hot enough to fry a proverbial egg. Very Efficient The technician arrived the time stated in his text msg. He was very friendly and advised me exactly what was wrong with my cooler. Gave me the pros and cons of what work was needed. Suggested a new unit which i had an idea was required. Awaiting installation now. Great service by Lachlan!
Servicing review Contacted Darebin Gas & Electrical on the Wednesday (20th Dec)and they said they could come out the next day on the Thursday.(21stDec) Had text messages saying how far away they were for my job. So very informative. Dave was very polite and professional and had my cooling working within 20mins. I didn't expect the job to be done until after Christmas, but they bent over backwards for me to get it done before Christmas. The office staff and Dave were absolutely amazing to speak to. Great company to choose for an emergency installation Excellent choice for an emergency installation of a heat pump after a gas water heater burst. Steve & his team were on the job within an hour of my call and overcame a number of unique Carlton townhouse challenges to get the job done within 24 hours and for a cheaper cost than the original estimate.
