From the call to book an urgent repair to the technician arriving to resolve a heater issue in a space of 2 hours my experience was brilliant. Fabulous customer service. There’s a reason that I have used Darebin Gas for the last two decades.

Call out fee was excessive compared to other service companies, over $250. Tradesman completed his work in a timely manner and ended up with a bill of nearly $600 for 20 min work. The part was around $200. Pretty good hourly rate!!! Next time I will do some more shopping around first.
Business response:
Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback – we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the pricing. We aim to be as upfront as possible with our rates, which are $268 for the first 30 minutes and $42 per 15 minutes thereafter. We’re glad the tradesman was able to complete the job efficiently and that the part resolved the issue. We understand the importance of value for money and always encourage customers to reach out if they have questions about pricing. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
