The installation of my new heat pump water replacing an old gas system went well. Darebin Trade Services handled the process professionally from start to finish. The staffs are good and polite.

Call out fee was excessive compared to other service companies, over $250. Tradesman completed his work in a timely manner and ended up with a bill of nearly $600 for 20 min work. The part was around $200. Pretty good hourly rate!!! Next time I will do some more shopping around first.

Hamish came back today as we have still had a few problems. Lovely young knowledgeable guy who we are very happy to have fix our heater. Highly recommend Darebin Gas we have been using them for years
Darebin Trade Service are excellent to deal with and got someone out as fast as possible . Our ducted heating was fixed in a Jiffy and serviced as well . They are very professional and friendly .
Used darebin trade services again yesterday have been using this company for many years cannot fault them either front office staff or field staff all do a wonderful job and are prompt and nothing to much trouble will keep on using them and a big thanks to locky for a job well done

Had a Heat Pump installed replacing an existing Gas hot water system. The whole process was a professional service master class! Staff were on time, courteous, and quick, and the finished installation was neat and tidy. Heat pump working well so far as well! Time will tell regarding energy savings.

Kane from Darebin did a great job of servicing our ducted heater. The heater wasn't starting sometimes when it should have and had to be booted.. He rectified the problem and also adjusted the gas meter to improve the supply to the heater unit. A thoroughly professional job. Happy to recommend Darebin.

My hot water system broke and I got in touch with Darebin Trade Service. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. The price was very competitive and I got my hot water back within less than 48 hours. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to all the admin staff, tradesmen and Nick the manager.
