My hot water system broke and I got in touch with Darebin Trade Service. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. The price was very competitive and I got my hot water back within less than 48 hours. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to all the admin staff, tradesmen and Nick the manager.

I recently had an intermittent fault with my gas ducted heating unit. Diagnostically there no problem with the heater or remote control but there was still an issue. Lachlan, called upon years of experience and found awork around. My heater has worked perfectly ever since. I have used Darebin Trade Services to service my ducted system for 30 years. Great communication leading up to the service. Serviceman arrived while I was out and waited for my return without any sign of annoyance and he was also a great communicator and solved the problem with our heater giving us options and cost breakdowns of each option. Installed the chosen option efficiently. Invoicing and methods of pmt all reasonable too.
