Seamless process from quotation to installation. I was most impressed with Steven's installation of my Heat Pump Hot Water System. He was very experience, skillful, professional and friendly. From initial consultation to installation and changes required to complete a Dominator heating and cooling system the trades people involved were excellent. Kept me informed of any work issues ,demonstrated use of wall control unit and happy to accommodate any requests re the location and installation of unit and controllers. All trades men were professional in service provided.

When converting from gas to heat pump hot water, Darebin was one of the local suppliers we contacted. On the phone we got pragmatic, clear advice, followed by quotes. We followed up with more questions that were again answered clearly, giving us confidence that we understood out options. We accepted a quote and the installation happened rapidly. We are very pleased with the work done and with the support provided. The heat pump water heater is going great - better than I had even hoped.
