Great customer service. Arrived on time. Workers were polite and efficient. Appreciated electrician pointing out a problem with the switch board which could have caused an over heating problem.
Great Repair Very happy with the service. The Technician knew what he was doing and made a correct diagnosis of the fault from my description of symptoms and fixed it promptly. He had a good knowledge of the heater and knew what else needed checking and found and replaced another unrelated faulty component and did a CO2 test to be safe. - THANKS!!
Painless experience The Darebin technician arrived on time and went straight to work. He located the problem in our gas ducted heater and effected the repair in minimal time. He was efficient but polite and I would not hesitate to engage Darebin again.
By-annual service arrived on time......excellent service.....We could say this the first year we have had great heating. Only put it on 22 every evening or moring.....no more 25!!!

Job well done I can't fault our experience with this business. We were informed of their service charge to repair our gas heater when I called and service was prompt and efficient. The young guy who came out certainly knew what he was doing and fixed the problem in no time at all. Would have no qualms to use them again.
