Great response from the first phone call. New replacement hot water unit installed within 24 hours. The technician, Cooper, did a great job. Ultimately an all round great experience. I highly recommend them.

Booked a service on our central heating system for the 29/06/26, not only the office staff extremely helpful, they rang on the 28/6 to say that their service man had some spare time and that they could fit me in a day earlier if possible. Not only did they arrive a day early and on time as arranged, the service man was extremely professional and polite. Will not hesitate to use DTS again. 5star service.

They are always there , dont disappear off the internet , have a great back up office staff and booking procedure, send well experienced tradies who know their stuff not apprentices dont rip you off and i feel very safe and reassured using them. As winter arrives, our Braemar gas ducted heating again fails to light reliably. Darebin Trade Services were very responsive on the phone and got us an appointment the next morning. Nice guy called Cooper came out, checked everything thoroughly, gave a clear explanation, couldn't find any specific faults, so cleaned everything, reset the system, and it's now working perfectly.
