3rd ? time ive used this company over several years. They are always there , dont disappear off the internet , have a great back up office staff and booking procedure, send well experienced tradies who know their stuff not apprentices dont rip you off and i feel very safe and reassured using them. Thanks guys, im not wealthy so especially appreciate your continued good work. * loved the office lady understanding chat too .
As winter arrives, our Braemar gas ducted heating again fails to light reliably. Darebin Trade Services were very responsive on the phone and got us an appointment the next morning. Nice guy called Cooper came out, checked everything thoroughly, gave a clear explanation, couldn't find any specific faults, so cleaned everything, reset the system, and it's now working perfectly. Turn up on time, professional and know what they are doing. Cooper was the tradie for 2 visits supporting well by Ricky on second visit. The second visit was required due to a fault found and parts were needed
