As winter arrives, our Braemar gas ducted heating again fails to light reliably. Darebin Trade Services were very responsive on the phone and got us an appointment the next morning. Nice guy called Cooper came out, checked everything thoroughly, gave a clear explanation, couldn't find any specific faults, so cleaned everything, reset the system, and it's now working perfectly. "Great Job", thank you.

Turn up on time, professional and know what they are doing. Cooper was the tradie for 2 visits supporting well by Ricky on second visit. The second visit was required due to a fault found and parts were needed
