COMPLETE RIP OFF! SAVE YOUR MONEY & DON’T ENGAGE! I’ve had a fair few encounters with this company over the years and have paid over $35k for relining pipes and clearing the sewer line. They have done a decent job in these previous instances so, even though it was pricey I thought it was fair for the amount of work. Worst experience with Wilco. We gave deposit of more than $1250 dollars and they kept the money without returning by not doing any work. It hurts us as its hard earned money by not returning our money.Their quote didn't include all the details we requested before, which we picked up on the day the work was planned to start. Our only mistake we accepted the quote $13000 on the trust that they would have included it which obviously they didnt. When questioned they were manipulating. Charged for attempting to clear drain blockage without success, inexperienced!!! I got other plumber to clear it successfully.
The business is entitled to delay or cancel your service. Avoid Called on Friday morning to book an urgent repair of my toilet. Initially their admin told me the ETA would be anytime in between 12-4pm. I followed up at 3:15pm and was told that it will be delayed but plumber will be still coming in between 3-5 today. At 3:40pm their admin called and informed me the job is cancelled and asked if I want to move the job on Monday! What a waste of my time and the opportunity cost where I could’ve asked another local plumber to ge... read more

Bad Plumbers Called the day before to make a appointment for a blocked bathroom , I was given the next day between 12 and 4 pm and at 2pm they called me that they cannot keep the appointment to make it worse it was a Thursday afternoon before the long weekend Easter break now I have to wait 4 days to get someone else to fix the problem . THIS IS HOW TRADIES GET A BAD NAME , I will make sure to tell my friends and family never to use this company .

Preying on the elderly! Biggest rip off! Unfortunately my elderly parents had a broken stormwater drain and needed to be fixed. Wilco plumbing happened to have one of their advertisements in the letter box. My dad called them and organised a time for them to come out. They quoted the price and my elderly dad unfortunately said yes not knowing what a standard price should be... Unscrupulous tradies Be warned. Very overpriced. Ask what the labour costs are. I was quoted to have a water heater replaced - over $4000.00. Another company quoted one third of the price. Read the other reviews on here. Not at all a nice business to deal with.
