This company does not follow through on what they promise. This company promised same day service as I did not have hot water. After I waited all day, on my ringing them, they advised they could not come that day. They obviously cannot keep the promise of same day service.
Glass in topsoil Broken promises, incomplete job and poor quality topsoil that included broken tiles and glass. Avoid, avoid. Failed to keep appointments. Protruding pipe in gutter. Worst experience ever.

No Turn Up at My Cost From the start I it was unprofessional. Hills District- I called the number on the local flyer I had received. The woman who picked up just abruptly said “Hello?” I actually thought it was the wrong number until I probed more! I took a half day off work to accomodate for the booking as I considered my plumbing job to the toilets urgent. Rip Off These 'plumbers' who are really 'pressure salesmen' quoted me $1580 to do a small job that I had done the next day for $480 by Neutral Bay Plumbers. I am a single pensioner but they also charged me $30 to get out of the truck and give me a quote. Do not go near these people under any circumstances.

Didn’t live up to advertisements I waited 2days for the service . It wasn’t same day . I waited 2 hours past their expected arrival . I understand a job can take longer but it does not live up To advertising . I have a leaking sistern and connecting tap, a leaking kitchen tap and a leaking pipe to the second toilet as well as a hot water tap that needed repairing. Cancelled on three occasions then wouldn't advise how they came up with their quote We had a gas leak at our house which was verified as a gas leak by our provider. Booked Wilco to arrive on Monday morning, they didn't arrive until the end of the scheduled appointment then advised that they didn't bring the equipment needed so couldn't do anything. Terrible I initially engaged Wilco for a blocked pipe....After paying $539 for jet blasting service for a blocked pipe, we were recommended by Wilco to do a 1.5 metre re-lining work to ensure that the problem would permanently be solved......I wasn't there my self on site that day....my brother was verbally quoted $1250 which he sent me a text showing so.... thinking that it was a reasonable price, we did not bother getting other quotes....so we agreed.....no hard copy invoice was given on the day and instead they got my bro... read more
Be very wary of these guys Be very careful when using these guys, they first under quoted, then trebled the original call out fee on arrival, then kept finding new things to do, adding thousands to the quote as they went. After two very expensive days and excruciatingly slow progress we wised up and pulled out. Found a great plumber who fixed the mess and started again for a fraction of the cost. Always get a second or third opinion. More than just service all right, overcharging thrown in big time.

Beware of this company Charged $250 to supposedly clear roots from drain. Showed where roots were with camera and provided a quote for over $2000 saying pipes needed replacing due to damage from roots. Blocked again 2 days later and refused to return unless going ahead with pipe replacement. Called another plumber who cleared roots blockage with no problem and told us pipes were in good condition. Also detected blockage in main. This is a way to get you to undertake major work. Disgusted that they get away with it.
