Please do not buy any product here I bought a brand new GM BAT within a day there was a slight crack and they send me a procedure to repair the bat. Not a good customer service Regards John

Following that, we looked at the pictures and pointed out that the bat already had seam and cherry marks, which indicate that the bat had been used. It is very disappointing when they could not honour a gift voucher that was only expired a month ago. I had alerted this to the staff and asked if they could assist, but unfortunately it was a blatantly NO. I will no longer be supporting Whack Sports .. they have lost a loyal customer.. they really need to assess their customer service and ensuring they are of an holistic approach of acknowledging their customers

11 minutes agoNEW Not happy at all we bought gear from this shop for little boy. We ordered junior kit when it arrived it was for adlut, we open and try whether it fit or not. It didn't so I send email to find out to change size. They said it's fine however when went there they said it's used can not change and recommend to sale on gumtree. Ridiculous never go back to this place and have lauch complain to refund my money.

Was refused a refund or exchange for a MRF Drive that I believe to be faulty. Bought a MRF drive for my son and had the 45min knocking in done. Took it out for a short net session of throw downs with an old ball as recommended. After the session noticed a deep seam mark on the toe and a small crack from an inside edge.
