Ordered a set of batting pads, too small, took 4 seperate phone conversations to organise a return only to find out you have to pay for postage back to the sender, then on top of that an employee wanted to exchange them for a cheaper set of pads but failed to tell me so would of lost out even more money
Very poor customer service. Delivery times are appalling and zero follow up. Do not recommend
My parcel was carelessly left in the driveway by Australia Post and then damaged when we came home. I accept that we shouldn't have run over our own parcel, but we simply didn't know it was there. Our driveway is steep, and the parcel was not visible, even after running over it. I would expect a diligent courier to take more care with where they place the parcel when no-one is home. Whack sports service is absolutely appalling! I ordered keeping gloves which were pricier than other websites for inner gloves. They gave both left hand gloves and I contacted them one month ago for the right hand. I said I was happy to send back if needed. They said they would send out another and still haven’t got them! I would’ve just got the keeping gloves off a cheaper website!
