I bought a bat from these guys worth $800, and it had a big hole under the sticker, about 1 1/2 inches. They say that it won't affect the bat's performance, but I've fully knocked it again, and replaced the face sheet because I felt something was wrong from the start. They are saying that they are not liable for anything and are not even replying to messages or emails.

Unfortunately following purchase of a faulty/defective bat. (Used twice for two half an hour periods), Whack sports have not offered any suitable solution in line with the Australian consumer law. A lack of contact throughout and the unwillingness to resolves within the Australian Consumer Law has left me following the route of lodged legal proceedings with Whack Sports.
