I purchased cricket pads as a Xmas present that weren’t used until 4th February. After 4 uses the pads stitching is coming undone and padding showing. Upon reaching out to the company they claim it isn’t covered under manufacturer warranty. After 4 uses! The company also are not offering a replacement or refund for a product that is clearly faulty. Whacks quality of their items.. BE VERY CAREFUL ! We purchased DSC pads for our son just recently (roughly a month ago) he has used them for 2 training sessions and 1 game. While running between wickets one pad completely fell off, 2 straps (middle & bottom) stitching tore away from the pad. So now we are told they will accept the warranty but we will have to pay for shipping again, also they don’t have the same pads in stock so we will have to pay more for another brand.. Disappointing, avoiding warranty issues. We purchased a DSC Spliit one bat. When preparing the bat by hitting in the nets with an old ball as instructed, my son noticed a cracking noise and then excessive flex. On inspecting the bat, several other players, coaches and parents also also heard the noise and confirmed the bat 'was not right'. Please do not buy any product here I bought a brand new GM BAT within a day there was a slight crack and they send me a procedure to repair the bat. Not a good customer service Regards John

It is very disappointing when they could not honour a gift voucher that was only expired a month ago. I had alerted this to the staff and asked if they could assist, but unfortunately it was a blatantly NO. I will no longer be supporting Whack Sports .. they have lost a loyal customer.. they really need to assess their customer service and ensuring they are of an holistic approach of acknowledging their customers

11 minutes agoNEW Not happy at all we bought gear from this shop for little boy. We ordered junior kit when it arrived it was for adlut, we open and try whether it fit or not. It didn't so I send email to find out to change size. They said it's fine however when went there they said it's used can not change and recommend to sale on gumtree. Ridiculous never go back to this place and have lauch complain to refund my money.
