I purchased cricket pads as a Xmas present that weren’t used until 4th February. After 4 uses the pads stitching is coming undone and padding showing. Upon reaching out to the company they claim it isn’t covered under manufacturer warranty. After 4 uses! The company also are not offering a replacement or refund for a product that is clearly faulty. Whacks quality of their items.. BE VERY CAREFUL ! We purchased DSC pads for our son just recently (roughly a month ago) he has used them for 2 training sessions and 1 game. While running between wickets one pad completely fell off, 2 straps (middle & bottom) stitching tore away from the pad. So now we are told they will accept the warranty but we will have to pay for shipping again, also they don’t have the same pads in stock so we will have to pay more for another brand.. Disappointing, avoiding warranty issues. We purchased a DSC Spliit one bat. When preparing the bat by hitting in the nets with an old ball as instructed, my son noticed a cracking noise and then excessive flex. On inspecting the bat, several other players, coaches and parents also also heard the noise and confirmed the bat 'was not right'.
