Quick and efficient service, the two tradesmen were friendly with great banter. They completed the gas-and-electricity check much quicker than the 45 minutes timeframe the real estate email advised.

both tradies were on time and very easy to deal with. they went above and beyond and did a great job.
The electrician who conducted our RentSafe safety inspection was on time, very professional, and extremely competent. He found several issues immediately and carefully checked them all before declaring them faults officially (which they ultimately were.) The plumber checking our gas stove was also on time, fast and friendly. No issues found. As a tenant I am relieved to know that we are taken care of by professionals who are passionate about safety.
