The electrician who conducted our RentSafe safety inspection was on time, very professional, and extremely competent. He found several issues immediately and carefully checked them all before declaring them faults officially (which they ultimately were.) The plumber checking our gas stove was also on time, fast and friendly. No issues found. As a tenant I am relieved to know that we are taken care of by professionals who are passionate about safety. Hopeless. Had no idea what was going on from start to finish. No contact with Taskforce at all. Only contact was with the Estate Agent when I called and spoke to them. Hope l never have to deal with this mob ever again.

Technician left screws on the floor and I almost step on them and could have injured myself
Disappointed that they arrived 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Especially seeing I work night shift and got woken up. Otherwise the technician was polite and efficient.
