The two tech's were on time and friendly but precise
Very professional, easy to deal with, and great they sent a reminder.
The Taskforce guys were cheerful, efficient and and explained everything they were going to do and asked permission to do it
Technician attended our home at the agreed time and was very thorough during the electrical inspection. He highlighted one minor issue that would need correction and logged it accordingly. He was polite, engaging and professional throughout.
Very efficient booking system - was given two options later on for an earlier date/ time which suited. Service man contacted me in advance ‘ was able to arrive at an earlier time
The service person attended my unit to check smoke detectors / fire safety. Justin was very friendly, polite and efficient. Great to deal with.

Only complaint I’d have with taskforce would be very hard to get a booking..
The man from Taskforce was very friendly and very quick at his job. He took about 3 minutes to complete the smoke alarm check. I was very satisfied.
