Firstly, tradesmen arrived on time for routine compliance job at our rental property, and they nicely asked for our permission prior to any commencement of work. Absolutely neat and professional workmanship I have ever seen. I could not be more happier for their customer service as well as their warm yet easygoing attitude.

Had to do a fire alarm/gas check for the property we rent and the men who came to do ours were great and even brought in our packages that got delivered when they were here as we weren’t home at the time!

Very punctual, all the work was completed within 30 minutes.
The test operator rang 2.5 hours before agreed time. This raised my anxiety so I Kicked a dog walking past, the dog bit me, this raised my anxiety again so I gave up and rang him back and told him where I hide the spare keys, he said thank you, slowly my anxiety started to lower, then the test operator messaged to say it was all done, then I felt good again, so good I decided to celebrate with a few beers at the pub.
