The service was scheduled for 9am and it was almost 2 hours late.
Do not trust them. They told for immediate repair required on their report for a electrical switch. They replace it after six months and Scam you. If you try to request for review, they threaten you. How it works an electrical immediate repair/replace after six months. very unprofessional. Think twice before you deal such a irresponsible people/company

Service rep Jim was pushy trying to get me to change scheduled time, sent texts early this morning, i had also had several from the company prior. When Jim arrived he was abrupt, rude. Very bad experience. Do not ever send him to this property again pls.
I have an objection to your safety conditions on Rental rent safe laws. The guy didn’t check that there’s no landings on the outside doors. I fall out of the house and then on my knees many times yet they weren’t checked. The shower is half renovated that didn’t get checked, so no, I’m not happy.
Overuse of texting verged on harassment, all of which happened once appointment had been made

Why I need to be present so this person can replace and test the smoke alarms is beyond explination because this took two minutes to do this. Also I scheduled an appointment at 12.30 pm but he showed up at 10.30 am. Still this was better than not showing up at all which this happened previously.
I suppose they were here , they left no card or notification of any kind.
