Technician was on time , friendly and completed task very quickly.
Technician left screws on the floor and I almost step on them and could have injured myself
Disappointed that they arrived 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Especially seeing I work night shift and got woken up. Otherwise the technician was polite and efficient.
I recently used TaskForce for compliance checks at two of my properties and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The reports provided were vague, full of unclear comments, and did not properly explain the faults or the exact actions required. Even my electrician was unable to make sense of some of the notes. From the start there were issues I booked the job 5 times and it was cancelled 4. When the job was attended to, a Danger Do Not Use sin was attached to the gas heater. No explanation. This is a fairly new unit, si I am curious to know what the fault is. I recieved a message to book another appointment. Assuming it was to close out the issue, I tried using the link provided. Absolutely do not use this service. My payment was made on February 4 and the gas electric and smoke alarm check was booked in with the tenant for the end of February. Nobody showed up when I contacted them they told me we rang the tenant but no one was home, I had informed them I was at the property to allow access. The service was in rescheduled for a month later the exact same scenario happened, I waited at the property for three hours with the tenant. Nobody showed up and no one contacted either of us. The service was scheduled for 9am and it was almost 2 hours late.
Do not trust them. They told for immediate repair required on their report for a electrical switch. They replace it after six months and Scam you. If you try to request for review, they threaten you. How it works an electrical immediate repair/replace after six months. very unprofessional. Think twice before you deal such a irresponsible people/company
