Used them but ended up moving to another company. Now, they continuously spam both my email and phone number. Have requested them several times to stop and still being spammed.
Not happy with the service.Supposed to be on call emergency service.Smoke detector went off Sunday morning and didn’t even get as much as a phone call until Monday.All this morning (Tuesday)
Technician on time and courteous. Pity I can’t say the same about the provider as it took umpteen emails and phone calls to plan a convenient date/time for the service.
As an X Gas Plumber, I found it an unwarranted expense
Gentleman was pleasant enough but the issue was the actual service performed i.e. Turned up a lot earlier than the pre booked time without calling. Had issues during the inspection & started swearing quite loudly & repeatedly as he was frustrated (I understand that issues can occur but WFH, it's not really professional if someone is randomly swearing in the background). I work just 2 days a week, Monday and Tuesday. I was only offered a Monday option which i cannot be at home so I called Task Force office and was told someone would call me with an alternative day. I heard nothing for over a week which is when I got another reminder to make an appointment and again was only offered a Monday appointment so I ignored the message until my real estate agent insisted I make an appointment. Very disappointed with the service. I had to wait 4 months for a tradie to come out. The appointment was rescheduled just one week before the first appointment was due after an initial three month waiting period for a tradie to be available. No work was done when the tradies eventually came out. I'm told they had to use a electrician that had to travel 2 hours to get to site. Really! What's wrong with using a local tradie. Service was very good, happy with that. But, the booking calendar is shtfull. It’s a joke
Technician seems in a rush to do the job, replace only the battery without checking it not like the previous technicians we’ve had in the past. Basically a two minute job that I can do my self. Not to mention that our appointment was supposed to be 11:00-11:30 but bcoz he’s in a hurry that we’re the one who need to adjust on his schedule and move to 10:00, giving us half hour notice.

They do have a process of testing the alarm works but we have been advised by smoke alarm manufacturers not to use smoke machines because they clog the smoke alarms in the long run. Team Taskforce.
