Very impressed with Ben Caughley I recently had an issue with an overdue BC levy fee. I had missed the reminder email somehow and was feeling extremely stressed by the arrears notice. One phone call to Ben and he made me feel supported and so much more relaxed about it all. I really appreciated his warmth, understanding and reassurance. Very impressed! I would like to acknowledge our Body Corporate Manager Jess Daly and her Associate Danielle Pendrick for their dedication and contribution to the Committee. I have both served on, and worked with a number of committees over many years, and both Jess and Danielle stand out in particular by their in-depth industry knowledge, their timely and courteous responses to emails, and their professional manner at Committee meetings. It's a pleasure to have Jess, Danielle and SSKB, as our Body Corporate Manager.
A great SSKB team I have been on the Westside Body Corporate committee from the start and have worked with Tania Stewart and Brooke Williams, and rate their professionalism and work ethic highly. Their experience and knowledge has assisted us in making best possible decisions for the building and its occupants.
Our experience since moving to SSKB On behalf of the De Ville Committee, I can't speak highly enough of our relationship manager, Jess Daly and her Assistant, Danielle Pendrick, in the albeit short time that they have been managing our strata affairs. Job well done There was a problem whereby some neighbours were disregarding a bi-law which was causing unnecessary inconvenience. After informing the general manager & Jessie at SSKB they actioned it together with the committee and there has been a complete resolve. Grateful & impressed, thankyou.
Great Service SSKB Since changing over to SSKB we are very happy with the Service and their dealing of day to day matters. Kate Rawnsley is our Strata manager and we are more than happy with the service she provides
SSKB Tweed Heads Our BC committee actively sought Kate out when we discovered she was with SSKB Tweed Heads hence, the changeover of a BC Community Management team. Kate and her team are knowledgeable, professional and top rate.
133 South Pine Road Congestion We have been tenants at unit 5 for the past 5 years and have seen more and more vehicles parked any where and every where on this road making it difficult for our deliveries of containers to our site. I found Peter Dunne as our contact person and within hours of reporting the matter to him, the vehicles that were causing us headaches were moved. Thank you Peter.
Very proficient company Our unit block has been managed by Kate Rawnsley,we have found her to be very professional and approachable during the time that we have worked with her on the body corporate committee.
