Great service to our building SSKB has served our tower since it’s completion and I have been on the committee from day 1. Very pleased with the professionalism of SSKB managers, all managers have been knowledgeable and helpful.
Excellent Service provided My wife and I bought a unit in Flinders Village complex 3 years ago and SSKB have been the Community Management company all this time. We have always found them to be very responsive to our requests. Peter Dunn in particular is very professional and knowledgeable on body corp matters and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Professional and Efficient I have worked with Traci and Kate at SSKB Tweed Heads as a committee member of a Body Corp for 15 years. They are both "on the ball" with any Body Corp matters, fast and efficient with answering any questions from committee members or owners. I would recommend them to any Body Corp looking for a Body Corp Manager.
Fantastic service and contact even in a pandemic Living in the border area between Tweed and the Gold coast, lockdowns and covid, did not deter our strata from being able to correspond and hold meetings on a scaled down basis. The team led by Kate Rawnsley and offsider Traci were very efficient and always available to discuss issues in a professional manner with us. I was impressed with them as a body corporate administrator, compared with a few others I have been involved with in both a commercial and private setting.
AGM preparation We have just finalised our AGM agenda and papers have now been sent to owners. Jessie Daly and Danielle Pendrick both worked extremely hard on what is a very full agenda to ensure that we met the timelines. The committee certainly appreciates their professional approach
