Perfect, speedy service and the issue of 7 months settled in 24 hours. Lucy was professional, experienced and sorted the issue I had very with in 24 hours. The issue I had was obviously not considered important with the previous body corporate company as they could not address my issue at all.

Knowledgeable and sharing Kate and Traci from the Tweed Heads office look after our Complex which is on the border of Queensland and NSW so their knowledge needs to cover all rulings/legislation from both States.
