Great to work with & also professional. Our commercial unit complex have been managed by SSKB for many years and have always found our property mangers to be working in our best interests and very helpful and knowledgeable and easy to talk to for advise. I would have no problems recommending their services to others.
Nothing but positive My experience with the ‘Avanti Apartments’ managers from SSKB have been nothing but positive. Staff are contactable via phone, very prompt and professional communicating via email, and the body corporate committee are always kept informed/updated as to what’s going on. The online portal is simple to navigate making processes a breeze. Having the option to receive correspondence via either email or post makes it great for everyone.

Thoroughly professional and supportive Our Body corporate has used SSKB for quite a few years and the staff have always been professional and supportive. This is especially true for Monique Gunnis who is absolutely fabulous in her knowledge of body corporate matters and her helpful manner.
