Perfect, speedy service and the issue of 7 months settled in 24 hours. Lucy was professional, experienced and sorted the issue I had very with in 24 hours. The issue I had was obviously not considered important with the previous body corporate company as they could not address my issue at all.

Knowledgeable and sharing Kate and Traci from the Tweed Heads office look after our Complex which is on the border of Queensland and NSW so their knowledge needs to cover all rulings/legislation from both States. SSKB have been our Managing Agents for the past 3 years and have helped our Committee to understand our roles and responsibilities and have guided us through the process of dealing with the Commissioner when this was unfortunately required. Always welcoming and helpful with information to our committee and tenants I deal with Kate Rawnsley and Traci Miller as our body corporate team. Both Kate and Traci are always welcoming and both are happy to impart knowledge of our plan and will research and answer any difficult or unusual questions we throw at them no matter the topic. Objective and accurate providers Tania and Brooke from SSKB Brisbane have been great to work with as a resident and committee member. They assist the Body Corporate in a timely and easy to understand manner. Their wealth of experience shows when circumstances require their suggestion. The relationships between the stakeholders are of good tone and working. SSKB as an organisation appear to have the depth to provide excellent strata services.

Excellent Service provided My wife and I bought a unit in Flinders Village complex 3 years ago and SSKB have been the Community Management company all this time. We have always found them to be very responsive to our requests. Peter Dunn in particular is very professional and knowledgeable on body corp matters and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.
