Patience and understanding from the Tweed Heads office Kate, Traci and the team at SSKB Tweed have been fantastic. They deal with many challenging situations with grace and patience and have been a great support, especially to those unfamiliar with BC processes and regulations. Highly recommended.

Guidance through crocodile infested waters Both Rachel and Brendan are always very helpful. As a first time RUM they have guided me through sometimes crocodile infested waters aka Body Corporate procedures and expectations. 5+ years on I continue to draw on their help and guidance.

Great to work with & also professional. Nothing but positive My experience with the ‘Avanti Apartments’ managers from SSKB have been nothing but positive. Staff are contactable via phone, very prompt and professional communicating via email, and the body corporate committee are always kept informed/updated as to what’s going on. The online portal is simple to navigate making processes a breeze. Having the option to receive correspondence via either email or post makes it great for everyone.
