Great service and very knowledgeable Our Body Corp was recently given new account manager and what a difference it has made. Anna has been excellent to deal with. Not only is she friendly and a pleasure to deal with she is also all over all aspects of our Body Corp, its dealings and the building itself. Thanks for all your help Anna.

Recommended without hesitation SSKB have been the Body Corporate Managers for Casino Towers in the Brisbane CBD from 2005 when the building was completed until now. Upu to the rescue Being a very newly appointed Secretary of our BCCC I was a bit nonplussed when I first encountered the SSKB accounts payable procedure, a but a brief discussion with Upu followed up with a helpful "How to" video soon lifted the veil and things became so simple and logical. Problem solved! I turned to SSKB for advice as the Property Manager of the building I reside in was not very helpful. After explaining my situation to Cassie she started the ball rolling immediately in order to resolve my issue (as I have been putting up with it for many months and it was starting to cause me anxiety). I am very pleased to say that my problem was solved the very next day - with a followup email from Cassie a couple of days later to make sure all was good.
