Had a hot water system installed and pipes for the kitchen overflow area fixed. The plumbers were punctual, the workmanship was excellent and they were patient and clear with explaining the problems or situation.

David and his colleague where fantastic. Excellent and tidy work done well to last. Highly recommend. I doubt we will need them again because they did a fantastic job here but if we have any other plumbing jobs I will seek them out.

We had Ryan and his team to fix our plumbing in the front yard. They have done very good job. And the price is the best out of the other three quotes from other plumbers.

I needed an old gas water heater replaced as it was leaking so called Silver Water Plumbing. The girl at the other end of the line was very helpful and nothing was a problem. She organised a time for one of their staff to come out and quote. A tradesman came out to quote whose name is Ramadan. Ramadan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ryan came to fix slowly draining sinks and gave me all the advice I needed before I accepted the quote to clear a gully. He had to get a heavier duty device on a different truck to clear it but charged no extra. He was thorough and friendly, and showed me via the viewing screen the damaged pipes and tree roots he suspected would also attribute to the blockage. Ryan was early and very polite, no problem having him on site, I was quite shocked that it was so expensive to install two basin taps. Also I think the admin team should be able to give a guideline price when the initial contact is made. Anyway a good job done
