The plumber sent to do the emergency work on my damaged water meter was very professional and skilled. He explained each step and the reason why he was doing what he did. It was a pleasure doing business with him and the company. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

The overflow tap for my water tank decided to stop work last weekend, leaving me unable to flush a toilet! Rami was quick to respond on a Sunday and kept me informed of when to expect him and what he was doing. I was recommended Silverwater plumbing and I’ll be passing that recommendation on with no doubt.

Medhane he has been an excellent guy, very patient and very helpful in installation. Conducted the work without any issue. He should be retained within the company and hopefully promoted in the future. Came on time also.

SWP replaced our solar hot water system (old style system with solar panels on the roof and tank on the ground - water runs through the panels to heat the water) with an iStore heat pump. They also removed the old solar hot water panels and pool solar panels - no longer in use. I tried several companies to get a quote that included removal of the pool solar.
