I needed an old gas water heater replaced as it was leaking so called Silver Water Plumbing. The girl at the other end of the line was very helpful and nothing was a problem. She organised a time for one of their staff to come out and quote. A tradesman came out to quote whose name is Ramadan. Ramadan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ryan came to fix slowly draining sinks and gave me all the advice I needed before I accepted the quote to clear a gully. He had to get a heavier duty device on a different truck to clear it but charged no extra. He was thorough and friendly, and showed me via the viewing screen the damaged pipes and tree roots he suspected would also attribute to the blockage. Ryan was early and very polite, no problem having him on site, I was quite shocked that it was so expensive to install two basin taps. Also I think the admin team should be able to give a guideline price when the initial contact is made. Anyway a good job done

We are very happy with the resolution and warranty commitment from Silverwater plumbing team led by Luke who fixed all our gas leak issues reported at our property complex in Quakers hill. The customer communication and service were prompt and comprehensive. The charges were reasonable and we are happy that we reached out to them to help us resolved these issues. So happy with the service provided by SilverWater Plumbing. From the moment I called Daniela in customer service 3/8 , the whole experience with dealing with this company was brilliant and effortless. A leaking bathroom tap and two toilet cisterns were replaced quickly without any issues. Hilly is an absolute asset to the company. He is friendly, professional and respectful. Highly recommended. Hilly is my go to plumber now, I will be referring him to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Hilly!
