Silverwater plumbing had been to our property before to quote for a job. Even though we didn’t use them for that job we were suitably impressed and kept their details. When we had a waste water crisis I called them and they were at our property in a few hours. They assessed the problem, gave us options for short term and long term solutions along with pricing. From my first contact the service provided by Silver Water Plumbing was the best. I was contacted within a few hours of my request, a visit was booked to my convenience, Ryan called me 30 mins before arrival at scheduled time. Ryan was personable, efficient, competent and informative. I will definitely use SWP in the future.

The service provided was fantastic from the initial enquiry and quote through to the actual shower repair and installation of a new hot water tank. The team (David, Medhane and Mario) were on time, were professional, polite, and just lovely to deal with the whole time- thank you guys! They clearly explained what the problems were, what they were doing to fix it and left my place very tidy afterwards. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
