Medhane he has been an excellent guy, very patient and very helpful in installation. Conducted the work without any issue. He should be retained within the company and hopefully promoted in the future. Came on time also.

SWP replaced our solar hot water system (old style system with solar panels on the roof and tank on the ground - water runs through the panels to heat the water) with an iStore heat pump. They also removed the old solar hot water panels and pool solar panels - no longer in use. I tried several companies to get a quote that included removal of the pool solar. Had a hot water system installed and pipes for the kitchen overflow area fixed. The plumbers were punctual, the workmanship was excellent and they were patient and clear with explaining the problems or situation.

David and his colleague where fantastic. Excellent and tidy work done well to last. Highly recommend. I doubt we will need them again because they did a fantastic job here but if we have any other plumbing jobs I will seek them out.
