Very satisfied with the service Medhane and Ali provided to install our new heat pump. They take great pride in their work and it shows. In fact, Rocio in the office as well as Ryan who came out to do the inspection/quote were also fantastic. All-in-all, a great experience from start to finish. There's a reason, Silverwater plumbing has a great reputation and its through it's people. Too early to evaluate the heat pump at this time.

I requested an evaluation for a heat pump and they came out promptly. After a thorough evaluation and consultation with their electrician a quote was generated. The quote was accepted a week later and they came out 2 days later to install the system. The system is up and running and working great!

Roscio is so welcoming every time I ring and is only too happy to assist with any of our plumbing issues. She always provides and eta when someone can come and they always arrive before the designated. Very impressed. Our definite Go to plumbing service.

Very impressed at Ahmed and Matthew’s friendliness, professionalism and work ethic. They showed up on time and got to work. Basically nonstop, just smiles. We were extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of workmanship in dealing with our problem ( sewer blockage/ pipe relining) .
