Great experience... normally I struggle to go to a gym, but here is great. The staff are all fantastic and make a point of talking to you, getting to know you, even knowing your name. There always seems to be a few staff on the floor, ready to answer any questions and to correct technique. I have already recommended to other friends Credit goes to Steph and Alistair on setting me up and keeping me going
