Fantastic, supportive environment and have already seen lots of progress in the last month with my fitness and also my strength. Which was proven in my testing few days ago which i was up in everything and had a new pb for bench press also.

Our physio was great. Thorough assessment. He was warm & explained things well. Reception was hard to find (even though there are a lot of signs - we still waited in the wrong spot). All good now that we know where it is 🙂
