The facilities are fabulous. The Pilates instructors provide a variety of sessions with modifications to suit all levels of experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. So glad I found it.

Our physio was great. Thorough assessment. He was warm & explained things well. Reception was hard to find (even though there are a lot of signs - we still waited in the wrong spot). All good now that we know where it is 🙂
