Disappointing I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t change the sheets from the last person that stayed as there was still hair in the sheets. It was difficult to find the toilet. You could hear everyone walking up and down the hall and people screaming outside till 12 o’clock. The pillows were like pancakes. Terrible not worth $100 more like $30.  Location, what’s the best thing about this property

Or difficulty finding the toilet. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do when our guests don't let us know they are uncomfortable in their room until afterwards when they write a review. Thanks ! Terrible It’s cheap because the charge $100 for additional cleaning without any notice or authorisation. Male staff member was rude and obnoxious. Nothing

Hi Sarah, Thanks for leaving a review. Your employee went out on the Thursday night drunk excessively to the point where they threw up in the sink in the room. As well as yelling and screaming and disturbing our other guests who are staying with us. Because we pride ourselves on ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests we gave out free stays for the people your worker disturbed. Fair Sensor light in hallway lit up regularly through night when guests used share bathroom. Visible through glass above door. Disturbed rest. Would be better to have low hooded lights along corridor rather than sensors. Or provide blackout option to glass above door.
Disappointing
I did not have a good customer service experience I was charged for services I did not receive. When I raised this with staff, they were unable to resolve my concerns.
