Disappointing
Poor Read above The door into the room hinges were loose making door difficult to close. The mattress was worn out.the sensors light outside room kept me awake going on n off. The hot water to bathroom to ages to get hot. The shower was not good.
A real mistake booking. Never again. We were allocated the worse rooms in the Hotel. Dirty shower facilities. Indifferent staff - rude. It is in Mudgee.

Fair Our room was very noisy, because in the next room there is an extension fan for the kitchen. I confirmed the owner about the problem, and she was very rude to me. She basically said to me we could check out. She didn't like what l said about the noise and not comfortable bed. Maybe if she offers a different room or even a bottle vine or anything will be nice. Hi Lydia, Our staff are wonderful people. They are kind and patient. You complained constantly during your stay and were phishing for free goods and refunds. Your room was not next to an exhaust fan and your complaint about the bed was that it squeaked, not that it was uncomfortable. You booked a budget room at a pub. We do ask that you do not stay with us again, you were unkind to our staff and had an unrealistic expectation of an $80 room in the middle of Mudgee. I hope you have a nice day and we wish you well.
