Fair Sensor light in hallway lit up regularly through night when guests used share bathroom. Visible through glass above door. Disturbed rest. Would be better to have low hooded lights along corridor rather than sensors. Or provide blackout option to glass above door.
Disappointing
I did not have a good customer service experience I was charged for services I did not receive. When I raised this with staff, they were unable to resolve my concerns.

ok Share bathroom was not what I expected the photo online was not the same. Dinner at the Paragon was lovely.

Very Poor Rooms were tiny, no where to hang clothes or to hang towel. Rooms were noisy and hallway light woke you up every time someone walked through.
