Great knowledgeable staff who are happy to go out of there way to help. The guys in servicing gave advice over the phone to help with an issue and allowed me to drop my bike off early and pick it up late to suit my needs. The guys in parts have a great range of products and provide awesome customer service. It's worth the trip up from further south.

The bike purchase process was great from the team at MotoCity but I am very frustrated with the delay in the arrival of the accessories that I ordered for my bike at the time of purchase. I was advised to order any Honda accessories when placing my deposit as any parts for my bike could take time to arrive, how right that was! I’m still waiting on some parts 3 months after picking the bike up! I believe the delay is because Honda Australia waits for until there is enough bike bits to fill a container before placing an orde... read more
