Tyres swapped with a used pair that I already had Service was courteous and quick The only negative was that the valves/stems were reused and I believe this is a bad practice

In regards to the Valves, they are inspected with every tyre change and are replaced at the discretion of the technician, i.e., if the rubber is cracked or hardened, or any signs of leaks. It is our best practice to only replace parts for customers if they are required, not just to make financial gain.
