Great service. The service technicians were able to repair my Vespa. Motocity provided a pick up service as I wasn’t able to get my scooter to them. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Thanks again

Once I got through to the service department my enquiry was handled efficiently. On arrival service guy was friendly and informative. Tyre and tube replacement completed timely. Opportunity for improvement: 1. Could not reach "spare parts" section on 2 occasions with " message bank full" announcement after lengthy time. 2. Service guy failed to disclose a tyre disposal fee on initial presentation.

I’m so blown away by the customer service of the team here! Not only do they offer competitive pricing but the service is second to none. I purchased a new 2024 motorbike and Brando has been an absolute pleasure to deal with along with the team at large. The bike is amazing!!
