The bike purchase process was great from the team at MotoCity but I am very frustrated with the delay in the arrival of the accessories that I ordered for my bike at the time of purchase. I was advised to order any Honda accessories when placing my deposit as any parts for my bike could take time to arrive, how right that was! I’m still waiting on some parts 3 months after picking the bike up! Tyres swapped with a used pair that I already had Service was courteous and quick The only negative was that the valves/stems were reused and I believe this is a bad practice

In regards to the Valves, they are inspected with every tyre change and are replaced at the discretion of the technician, i.e., if the rubber is cracked or hardened, or any signs of leaks. It is our best practice to only replace parts for customers if they are required, not just to make financial gain.
