Brando and Brad looked after me first thing Monday morning without a booking even though I could see they were deep into setting up for the week. These blokes went over and above for my Son weeks ago on a WR service, and yet again, they have shown a willingness to go the extra mile for your customers. Great service. The service technicians were able to repair my Vespa. Motocity provided a pick up service as I wasn’t able to get my scooter to them. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Thanks again

Once I got through to the service department my enquiry was handled efficiently. On arrival service guy was friendly and informative. Tyre and tube replacement completed timely. Opportunity for improvement: 1. Could not reach "spare parts" section on 2 occasions with " message bank full" announcement after lengthy time. 2. Service guy failed to disclose a tyre disposal fee on initial presentation.
