Tracey was very professional and also got great results for us during this process.
Tracey appreciated the value in my property when the home was marketed and priced. My home was only on the market 11 days when an offer was secured. A professional approach and quick result! I highly recommend Tracey Caruana. Thank you to Tracey and her team.
Tracey and her team were an absolute joy to work with. Tracey has a wealth of real-estate knowledge especially for Greater Springfield area. She’s professional, strategic, extremely passionate about she does and her communication is outstanding. We received a service beyond expectations with feedback and support along the way. She certainly made a stressful time seem less stressful. Highly recommend working with Tracey and her team for any real-estate advice or partnership you might need !
Tracey from McGrath was great to work with. Very responsive, professional, friendly and happy to assist. She made house buying process very easy for me.
A huge thank you to Tracey and her wonderful team at McGrath, Springfield for selling our property at Heathwood. Your professionalism and hard work ensured a pleasing result for all parties. We have recommended your agency to our friends, family and neighbours when the time comes for them to sell. Thank you for being so caring and friendly and making this process easy for us. Would give more than 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!
Tracey was fantastic to work with, ensuring our new home was ready to move in when settlement happened.
Ask a question and she gives a straight answer.Absolutely a lovely lady and so easy to get along with.I am sure things have been especially hard during the pandemic but she was always able to help and get things done. Has a wealth of information about the area and also if needing help understanding the documentation work. Huge thank you Mary and Nigel
My husband and I were most impressed with Tracey in her promptness to respond to our calls and queries in regards to the sale of our home. We were very impressed with her overall knowledge of the Springfield area and where our house would be suitably priced for the current market. We had only been on the market for a week after Tracey and her team set the scene to create some lovely photos for our sale. Our buyer responded to the advertisement, offered our chosen price and the deal was done!!
Especially in this time of pandemic (Covid-19), Steve, Tracey and their team worked very hard to a high professional standard to ensure a smooth sale of our house at Springfield Lakes and I would highly recommend their service.
