Tracey and the team at McGrath's were amazing. Very personal service and great knowledge of the area that really helped me with the purchase of my new home. Tracey took time out from her very busy day to show me the wonderful home I have just purchased. Would highly recommend Tracey, Paul and the rest of the team for the purchase of your next home.
Easy to contact and flexible when arranging viewings
I first made contact with Tracey and Steve at an open home in 2018. I was not interested in buying the property, I just wanted to speak to an agent that could help me with my own house design and what the market was looking for. Without any hesitation, they went out of their way to help me. 3 years later, Tracey and Steve Sold my first house. I believe this is what sets Tracey and Steve apart from the rest, they genuinely care about their clients and forming long lasting relationships.
Typlical realestate salesman..
The team at McGrath Estate Springfield and Tracey made the whole sale process simple. The house was staged great, and the marketing photos were even better. McGrath Estate helped all the way and went the extra mile to help out around viewing time for customers. McGrath Estate Springfield is the only one you need to talk to if you want your property sold.
Tracey, Steve, and the Springfield McGrath team were amazing to deal with, Steve was impressive as the selling agent for the property we were purchasing so we had to have him sell our place! the team is very punctual and professional, would definitely recommend their services!
Our purchase was unusual due to ongoing repairs under insurance by the sellers however Tracey and the team made purchasing our first home so easy! No question was hard for the team and I always received answers quickly. I am writing this review from the bed on our first night in our new home and could not be happier! Thank you!
Tracey and her team were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We were always kept up to date with everything happening. The house sold after a month and a COVID lockdown. We were extremely happy with the sale and Tracey's negotiation skill. Happily recommend Tracey to anyone buying or selling.
Tracy and Steve gave us 100% of their focus throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way.
